The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was so convenient to have the Trevi Fountain just a 5-minute walk away and the Spanish steps within 10 minutes. And if you're up for a bit of a stroll, the Colosseum is just 40 minutes away. It couldn't have been better situated.
One downside we experienced during our stay was some maintenance issues. The property could definitely use some updating as the walls were a bit grubby and could use a fresh coat of paint.

I got excellent value for my money at The Royal Story. The room was spacious and comfortable, with convenient amenities like air conditioning and heating units. The location was fantastic, with famous landmarks like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any queries.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a wider variety of options for breakfast.
